Supervising maintenance team and maintenance projects.
Handling check in / check out accommodation requests and
maintain the occupancy data on SAP real estate system.
Managing petty cash expenses.
Quality inspections on housekeeping team and analyze the
defects to improve the clearness level.
Contact suppliers, arrange quotations, prepare comparison
sheets and create PRs in alignment with procurement team.
Managing assets movements and scrap requests.
Prepare operational reports.
Organize entertainment activities.
