1. Occupational safety; Following the safety rules in the plant and office sites, and remind everyone to
follow these rules, and submit a safety observations’ for HSE department.
2. I have taken the initiative to provide a calculation sheet of sulphate correction based on the actual
value of reaction parameters in the lab analysis and built it in the DCS in order to help operation to
control the sulphate% in the phosphoric acid plant reactor and increase its stability. This increased
the reaction efficiency and stability.
3. Improve the fatty acid consumption control lead to improve the product quality.
4. Mined rock feed control leader, this improved the process control and product quality.
5. Provide a calculation box of process water inlet to evaporator condenser for all evaporation lines on the DCS.
This effort to help the DCS operators to know the flow of process water inlet to the evaporator condenser
from heat balance calculations.
6. Reaction downtime reporting automation for all PAP trains.
7. OPM-PIMS integration project manager; The OPM - PIMS integration project is to integrate
MWSPC’s centralized PIMS system with the Oracle Process Manufacturing module utilizing OSISoft
and Oracle SOA middleware solutions.
• Job Description
*Monitor any process change for potential impacts on the working plant. This includes attending site work,
PIMS process data, meetings and advising on technical difficulties.
*Monitor field activities to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards of MWSPC.
*Assist in preparing and assisting in implementing the plant operation by:
1) Reviewing of training and personnel preparedness.
2) Provide on the job training where required.
3) Review of raw material and feed stock requirements.
4) Review of quality plans.
*Assist in preparing and implementing plant procedures.
*Assist in preparing and implementing risk alleviation methods.
*Assist in preparing and implementing emergency plans.
*Review and implementation of safety training and safety training standards.
*Prepares progress reports monthly and annually (focusing on main issues).

regulatory agencies and organizations.
1.This is Yanal Momani Process Engineer at Ma’aden Wa’ad Al-shamal Phosphate Company
(MWSPC) one branch of Saudi Arabian mining company, I have been here since the time of
construction, I am working for Phosphoric Acid Plant and Beneficiation Plant by the technical
support, technical studies and problem solving.
2. Before Ma‘aden I was in Jordan with Jordan Indian Fertilizer Company (JIFCO) for 4 years as an
Operation Shift Engineer, I had been there also since the time of construction. I was leading around
15 operators in my shift for plant operating and safely production as a team work standing on
cooperation and planning.
3. I had started my career by a JIFCO valuable training program, I had started the training program in
India-Paradeep unit Indian Farmers Fertilizer Company (IFFCO) group located in India Country for 3
months on Phosphoric Acid and Sulphuric Acid plant and developed my knowledge in process of industrial and in chemical engineering.
4. I had trained on (DCS) system in Yokogawa company located in India-Bangalore City for one week and then continued for 6 months training on DCS and Operation Shift Supervising in Indo Jordan Chemicals company (IJC) located in Jordan, I got learned with that’s period many things like start-
up shutdown procedures, a lot of preparation and maintaining equipment’s, methods of analysing
and diagnosis the problems. Where I also basically got trained for phosphoric acid plants with each
process (hemi-hydrate, di-hydrate) for both previous plants up.
5. I had started upgrading of my basic experience in (JIFCO) plant in pre-commissioning and
commissioning duration, modifications, find out problems and troubleshooting depend on logic of
design and extreme observation of vendors handling and finalizing.

#JIFCO Pre-commissioning And Commissioning
• I was upgrading my experience in commissioning of JIFCO plant in a Commissioning team with the
vendor SNC- Lavalin- Fenco and with processes Chemical company PRAYON for Phosphoric acid
plant.
• I had taken a course about Phosphoric acid plant Commissioning, start up, shut down, control and
production delivered by Prayon Team.
#OPM-PIMS Integration Project Manager
• OPM-PIMS integration project at Ma’aden Company, is a project to connect between the plant
information management system and Oracle, to be available in Oracle application the production
finance and planning batch reporting.
Shift engineer and leader for all operations activities to produce the phosphoric acid (Dihydrate process and dry disposal), leading production and maintenance activities.
Operation engineer in a chlorine and soda plant.
