•Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the consultant/client;
•Prepare and analyze costing for tenders;
•Allocate work to subcontractors;

•Prepare, revue, and coordinate of construction drawings and documents and coordinating with the consultants;

•Resolves discrepancies by collecting information and proposing solutions;
• Maintain shop drawings log by entering data and completing backups;
•Fully understands the project details and requirements, by being fully aware of the drawings and specifications;
•Review plans prepared by subcontractors;
•Produce shop drawings after coordination between all trades.
•Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites;
•Direct or conduct surveys to establish legal boundaries for properties, based on legal deeds and titles;
•Record the results of surveys, including the shape, contour, location, elevation, and dimensions of land or land features;
•Calculate heights, depths, relative positions, property lines, and other characteristics of terrain;
•Prepare or supervise preparation of all data, charts, plots, maps, records, and documents related to surveys.
