Sr Instrument and Control Engineer
Project : Construction of Jakarta Mass Rapid Transit, Railway System and Trackwork
Location : Lebak Bulus to Bundaran HI Station, DKI Jakarta.
Client : PT Mass Rapid Transit Jakarta (MRTJ).
Status : Metro One Consortium (MOC) under PT IKPT.

The Jakarta Mass Rapid Transit System is the urban rapid railway system in which EMU (Electric Multiple Unit) train runs automatically along the dedicated tracks. The 14.5 km double track with 13 stations from Lebak Bulus (ST01-LBB) to Bundaran HI (ST13-BHI). One third of the route constructs underground and the remaining is elevated section.
Responsibilities:
1. Preparing Construction Method Statement for any subsystem as guidance for subcontractor during Equipment transportation, handling (lifting & mving) and installation work, consist of subsystem as follows:
- SIG (Signaling System)
- TEL (Telecommunication System)
- FCS (Facility SCADA System)
- AFC (Automatic Fare Collection System)
- PSD (Platform Screen Door System)
2. Check and Review Standard Installation Drawing for Equipment Installation of SIG, TEL, AFC, FSC and PSD System.
3. Monitor and manage subcontractor work to match with project installation schedule.
4. Review and clarification with General Package vendor related with system configuration design as per project technical specification.
5. Check and review subcontractor deliverables document and drawing related with method statement installation work at Underground dan Elevated Station.
6. Conduct inspection activities for installed equipment, to ensure the installation has compliance with project technical specification, standard installation drawing, construction method statement and required documentations.

• As lead engineer is assigned to developed and reviewed detail engineering deliverables. These includes Instrument data sheet (On-Off valve, Control Valve, Pressure Regulator, etc)., preliminary calculation to various instrument devices, review instrument detail drawing, etc
• Review and Check instrument deliverables for Philosophy, Specification, Drawing, Instrument List, and MTO
• Developed study and calculation for SCADA, VSAT and microwave System network communication transmission for data transfer
• Developed and reviewed the cause and effect diagram for process system & fire and gas system to provide DCS vendor the guidance to develop logic system diagram, and control system architecture interfacing network between existing facilities, new package equipment and DCS to ensure that the system work as per engineering & designed standard.
• Participated for review in Hazop, Hazid and SIL review for the whole process P&ID, Safety requirement and Fire & Gas detection system designed.
• Reviewed technical bid evaluation tabulation for vendor selection per company specification & documentation requirements, these include Control & On-Off Valves, others field instrument, Fire & Gas detector, Instrument Bulk Material, etc
• Reviewed all instrumentation & control system engineering and design specification such as (General Specification, Instrument Package Spec., Instrument Cable Spec., DCS & PLC Specification, etc) to ensure all deliverables in accordance to the company specification and meet with international code and standards.
• Reviewed Fire & Gas specification including the material selection as specify on in F&G detector data sheet, and developed fire and gas detection system layout for each platform level based on process safety study report to cover all new equipment and integrated with existing FGS & SIS system.

• Performing Pre-commissioning, Commissioning & Start-up Activities such as Site Verification for Existing Field Instrument for PRR2 Scope of Work, Partial Stroke Test for Instrument On-Off Valve
• Support for Construction & Commissioning activities team for ET 3&4 and GPP Area.

Project : SANTOS Wortel Field Development Detail Design Project
Location : Sampang Madura, East Java

Project Description :
The Development plan for Wortel will involve the drilling and completion of two wells through a minimum Facility wellhead platform, which will be tied back to the existing Oyong wellhead platform with a 10” diameter pipeline. Wortel production will then flow directly into the Oyong gas export pipeline and delivered
To the Oyong onshore gas plant at Grati for processing and onward sale.

Responsibilities :
• Developed instrument Specification such as Specification for Instrument Cable, Specification for Instrument Calibration & Test Procedure, Specification for Loop Check Procedure, Specification for Process Control System, Specification for Emergency Shutdown System, Specification for Fire & Gas System, Specification for Allocation Meter for Production Barge.
• Generated preliminary instrument calculation for cable sizing, power consumption heat dissipation.
• Developed instrument data sheet for instrument devices such as pressure and level device including Pressure & Diff Pressure Transmitter, Displacer and Radar type level transmitter.
• Prepared a instrumentation deliverables including but not limited to instrument index, as data base for instrument I/O count for DCS, SIS and FGS, cause and effect and other deliverables.

Project : Minimized Shutdown Project

Responsibilities:
• Developed detailed design engineering, these including developed various instrument data sheet such as, Control Valve, Actuated Ball Valve, Level Transmitter DP & Displacer Type, Pressure & DP Type Transmitter, Restriction Orifice Plate, and Pressure Safety Valve to ensure the correct data and other relevant information that vendors and users alike will clearly informative.
• Generated preliminary instrument calculation for online instrument such as, Control Valve, Pressure Safety Valve, and Restriction Orifice.
• Generated & Reviewed detail drawing for construction activities reference such as, Instrument Loop Diagram, Wiring & interconnection Diagram, Hook Up Diagram, Instrument Location Plan Lay Out.

Project : Void Oil Tank Conversion to Oil Surge Tank Project
Location : Off Shore West Seno, East Borneo, Indonesia
Client : CHEVRON Makassar Limited

Project Description:
Chevron Makassar Limited (CML) is undertaking a study to modify the crude oil export facilities in the West Seno FPU. The produced crude oil from West Seno is exported via 12” export pipeline to Onshore Santan Terminal. The crude oil production from West Seno has decreased significantly from around 60000 BPD during initial production to around 5000 BPD.
CML is intending to operate the export pipeline batch wise in such a way that the minimum oil velocity in the export pipeline can be maintained. The required oil export facilities modifications are:
• Converting 2 void tanks to be surge oil tanks
• Modifying oil filling and transfer lines
• Modifying control and shut down systems for batch wise operation
