§ Full documentation for IP backbone: site diagrams performed, CISCO
routers/switches and PIX firewalls configuration was documented
§ Project Management & Technical Documentation (including Solution
Architecture Document, Project Management Plan and Project Schedule) for
various projects:
§ Instant Messaging and Presence Server (IMPS)
§ Location Based Services (LBS)
Testing, reporting and solving defects related to provisioning (of subscribers and/or services, through HLR, NPM, NPS, Eserv), charging (analysis of Charging Detailed Records), and specific VAS services (such as SMS, MMS, Portal, Voice and Video Mail, Ring Back Tone) provided by the network.
Reporting and Tracking defects was performed through QC (Quality Center), defect management tool
Project for Oil and Gas wells monitoring and control, using Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC).
The system was developed with high-availability remote monitoring and control of oil and gas wells, using SIEMENS PLCs technology. The project was properly managed, applying the Project Management Framework, and was delivered ontime, and within budget.
