o Coordinate the development, and build-out of the Data Center, whilst maintaining the functionality of the existing facility

o Facilitate operation support that includes the entire IT infrastructure housed within the Data Center in 7x24X365 environment
o Perform daily system monitoring application logs, verify completion of scheduled jobs
o Manage IT infrastructure and follow-up health status i.e. Cloud Infrastructure, computers, laptops, servers, storages, network devices
o Analyze system logs and identify potential issues with system software
o Apply OS(Windows Server, VMware ESXi & Linux) updates, patches, configuration changes and upgrade administrative tools
o Configure and deploy KAV endpoint, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, WSUS, SharePoint, System Center, FTP, NFS, NTP, Skype for Business, CIFS, NIM & etc.
o Ensure all technical support activities are done according to the bank policy and procedures
o Add, remove, or update user account information, resetting passwords and etc.

o Works on IBM Power servers, Storage, SAN, Spectrum Backup solution, Red hat OS and HMC servers
o Configure and monitor SWIFT Alliance Access, integration with Core Banking System
o Verify integrity and availability of all data, hardware, server resources, systems and key processes
o Perform daily backup operations to appropriate media and sent media to off site
o Monitor and maintain Data Center environmental protection i.e. from exposure to water damage, excessive heat etc.
