 Experience with Learning Management Systems. Delivery and design of training programs and materials across the organization from an individual who will keep abreast of various training delivery techniques, business processes, products and systems in several functional areas.
- Experience with MOOC, Exelearning, HTML and SCORM
 Experience in the planning, development, and evaluation of learning programs from new hire training materials supporting ongoing learning and professional development of our operations learner audiences

 Assist the Internet Systems Administrator in gathering information and making decisions relating to site architecture, as well as, assuring the accuracy, security policies, consistency, and accessibility of the information on the Page, both in English and Spanish.
 Prepare the Information System Plan Annual Reports by evaluating the drafts submitted by Coordinators designing of report application functionality and data structures, deciding best methods for output formats, and implementing solutions to the requirements.
 Primary or supervisory responsibility for maintaining and updating various critical databases
