DUTIES & TASKES HANDLED AS CUSTOMS CLEARANCE COORDINATOR AT MEN’S HANDBALL

•Collect work request for customs clearance and freight from all functional areas
•Place work order with Contractor as per the purchase order
•Scrutinize and arrange all the documents for customs clearance, coordinate with clearing agent for customs clearance and delivery status
•Inform delivery location and delivery time to the contractor and arrange the delivery accordingly
•Inform the delivery time and shipment details to warehouse in charge in order to arrange proper manpower and equipments for receiving.
