Responsible for new sales development for import and export freight solutions, including warehouse, 3pl logistics and domestic distribution services. • Provide analysis of trade data and customer feedback to provide the best ocean pricing solutions, depending on the trade lane, volumes need for consolidation. • Lead a five members tele sales team. • Work closely with customers to provide capacity and costs for critical air cargo movements. Communicate with origin stations and liners to provide the solutions that meet the customers expected delivery time and budget. • Continues team improvement and SOP to meet customers need and stream link work a flow. • Enhancing market share through regular personal meetings and maintaining excellent relations with customers. • Understanding of the law, legal codes, HS Codes, precedents, government regulations and agency rules. • Reporting to Sales manager and General Manager about monthly sales report. • Oversaw rush orders and order changes. • Work on resolution of problem shipments, invoicing issues and collection of funds from past due accounts. • Negotiated contracts with outside providers to minimize costs to the carriers and customers.
