Ensure the customer drawing if any doubts clarify with the customer and get the approval drawing from them.
Design the fabrication drawing for well head control as per customer requirement if need any development will apply,
Prepare material stock list for all jobs,
Purchase the material as per the job requirement,
Ensure the structure of the frame before we made the panel,
Rise the fabrication drawing to production team,
Follow and finish the job as per management schedule.
Rise the Inspection request to the client or main contractor after complete the fabrication,
Once inspection completed by client will rectify the problem as per client requirement,
Do the NDT ( PT, MPT) test as per our client requirement,
We will do the painting activity as per client requirement,
After complete painting activity on that panel again do the inspection with client,

Prepare all kind of quality documents like dimension report, painting report, NDT report, visual inspection report, weld traceablity, weld map, etc ..
Get approved from the client once complete the documents,
After getting approval prepare the inspection release note,
Follow the all kind of production activity, drawing, inspection, purchase, estimation, salary preparation for workers,
Maintain all related documents for the related project
Working as a Quality Control Engineer along with Break down Handling
To improve production & reduce time for ONSITE INSPECTION in supplier companies
Responsibilities such as; quality aspects of every product, managing workmen’s & machine of plant.
Knowledge of 7QC, PPAP, SPC
Knowledge of Quality Techniques (5’S, kaizen, PDCA, TPM, TQM)
To prepare the Process Chart and which is based on the Production planning.
On regular basis carrying out Waste & Rejection management along with Recycling practices.
Set up and development of the Quality control parameters for each and every product with functional and work instruction check sheets and approve OK parts.
Part inspection at inward and also at dispatch

To achieve profitable company, persuit economical efficiency, ZERO DEFECTS, ZERO FAILURE and ZERO ACCIDENTS.
