1. Business Intelligence Solutions - Microsoft Power BI and BI4Dynamics:
• Live implementation of the business intelligence (BI) project successfully.
• Developed 15+ Power BI dashboards and reports for all the ERP modules such as Sales, Procurement, Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Expense Analysis, Account Payables, Account Receivables, Inventory, HR & Payroll, and Production, etc. from multiple data sources.
• Helped Business Leaders to improve overall decision-making by providing invaluable insights through Power BI dashboards.
• Developed BI solution by designing data warehouse (DWH) and OLAP cube through BI4Dynamics wizard.
• Built and customized business reports for all the department users in Power BI and Excel by connecting to analysis services (OLAP Cubes) based on ERP Modules.
• Scheduling the SQL server agent job to populate incremental data from MS Dynamics AX database to BI solution.

2. Microsoft Dynamics AX Techno-Functional:
• Configuring and customizing the Microsoft Dynamics application to achieve business requirements.

• Basic setups of Product Information Management, Warehouse, Financial Accounts, Dimensions, and Posting Profiles.

• AX Retail in KSA with 3+ Legal Entity, 35+ Brand & 100+ Back office users.
• Transforming the Business requirement into a Technical perspective through discussion with other departments to analyze user requirements.
• All region AX support coordination, Process documentation & Training to End Users.
• Responsible for Functional and Technical support to application user's request through IT Help Desk and update the request once it is been executed.
RETAIL MODULE:
Installation and Configuration of Retail POS, Retail Database Utility and SQL Server Management Studio to store system database.
Creation of AX Retail Store, Registers/Terminals and Warehouse.
Configuration of Retail POS Screen Layout, Button Grids, Functionality profile, Receipt Format and Hardware profile.
Master Planning to set up an auto-replenishment from Barcode Main Warehouse to stores.
POS Posting- Post Inventory, Calculate Statement and Post Statement.
Creation of controlled Pricing Discount promotion for Retail Market in AX as per business requirements.
2. Dynamics AX 2012 R3 Administrator:
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics AX Administration including application installation, configuration, and deployment techniques.
• Installation and Setup of each AX Component AOS, AX Client, Reporting Components, Analytics Component, and Creating Proxy account.
• Proficient with AX security model and development techniques.
• Installation and Configuration of AX Retail POS R2 and R3.
• Uploading the License of AX Application.
• Import Active Directory Users and Groups in Dynamics AX and assign specific legal entity and roles.
• Creation of Roles, Duties, and Privileges.
• Complete application administration including setups.
• Retail Store AX Database backup & support.
