- Managing technical support activities and providing solutions when needed.
- Making marketing plans and strategies for the campaigning of the product.
- Responsible of the after sales services and different customer care activities
- Managing the partnership with vendors, suppliers, and dealers.
- Responsible for making the new agreement and renewal of agreements with customers worldwide (up to now UAE, QATAR, KSA, OMAN, Tanzania .... )
- Representing the company in front of clients, vendors and suppliers
- Conducting training program for the staff and workers.
