responsible for customer services, deliveries, and debt claims.
2002-2003 Showroom Manager
-Responsible for showroom of 3000sqm with
4 salesman -cashier-one decorator-one carpenter-office boy, and all transaction in showroom such as invoices, transfers, receiving, inventory, maintenance and customer services.
-Involve in product selection and suggesting new products that increase sales and enhancing the showroom image.
attend furniture fairs in Europe specially Denmark.
-Involve in advertisement and sales campaign,
and give suggestions in art works for any add.
-Involve in project and supervise the product selection, layout&drawings, and execution on sites.

-Responsible for the day to day running of showroom ensuring an excellent standard visual merchandising as per company's guidelines.
-Ensuring the best customer and after sales crevice.
-To produce a monthly report covering the objectives and achieved results .
-Opening and closing the shop, covering in the case of absence, ability to be onsite in the event of an emergency .
-communication with warehouse to follow up on deliveries and execute store's replenishment.
-Day to day auditing for the store's invoices and collections.
