Key Responsibilities
• Led cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle, implement an appropriate and effective Programme management framework, incorporating necessary review processes as required.
• Advised on the need to appoint consultants and in conjunction with Client develop the scope of services for each consultant (master planner, Architects, Engineers, etc.) negotiate and convert contracts as required by the project, Oversee the award of contracts, and ensure the client is adequately protected.
• Assist in the RFP process for prequalification of master planning /infrastructure/architectural/engineering services and participate in the negotiation of design contracts.
• Monitored the performance of the Design Consultants “master planner / architecture / engineering / infrastructure” in respect of the deliverables associated with the agreed Design Program and provide immediate advice to Client in the event their progress may affect the program milestone objectives together with recommended remedial action.
• Manage project budget, including risk allowance, Monitor and control changes following approval by Client.
• Directed and managed the entire site construction lifecycle, including planning, engineering, procurement, construction, start-up, performance testing, initial operations, and prime contract close-out.
• Developed project workflows, ensuring project quality, adherence to timelines, and safety compliance; mentored and coached the project team, resulting in an increase in project efficiency.
• Conducted regular program audits, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Authorized, processed bill payments, and executed critical budget decisions, resulting in the efficient allocation of resources and alignment with financial objectives.
• Coordinated final project delivery to operator and client, resolving issues and ensuring seamless implementation; nurtured project stakeholder relationships through a focused-on client’s approach. Key Achievements:

• Facilitated efficient examination of site technical management of Change forms and technical submittals (MTF, SDF, DSF, RFI.s), ensuring timely project progression.
• Analyzed and verified monthly payment credentials for accuracy and compliance; identified and resolved discrepancies.
