•Coordinate and supervises all operations of services laboratory.
•Develop and evaluate new techniques; prepare annual and scheduled reports.
•Perform and oversee direct laboratory testing, and statistical analysis, ensuring quality and adherence to accreditation, safety, and environmental regulations.
•Implement, evaluate and administer quality assurance and quality control programs.
•Perform ordering, care, maintenance, and utilization of department equipment, supplies, and inventories
Develop, maintain, and execute new or established QA/QC procedures and requirement.
•Apply the automation techniques by controlling lab instruments through networking PCs.
•Assist in developing and documenting Standard Operating Procedures, modifying laboratory procedures, and developing new analytical methods.
•Hold responsibilities for the set-up, assembly, use, maintenance, calibration and troubleshooting of equipment.
•Provide support to compliant sample testing.
•Provide training to laboratory technicians.
•Participate in analytical research and round-robin sample activities
Assist in the development and implementation of safety guidelines.
•Prepare acceptance conformation report for raw material, bag film and shrink film.
•Prepare laboratory traceable standards to most equipment.
•Analyze samples to gain the knowledge of Lab. work activity.
Perform internal Quality and Environmental audits for most of Company Departments.
•Develop and evaluate the training of Lab. staff.
•Responsible of Plant Labs. Round Robin and PT’s quality performance
