I started in this job as a member of the Electronic Service team. This team was responsible about the ATM machines. My responsibility was to investigate with the maintenance department the common reasons behind the repetitive problems which reduces the availability time of the ATM in the service. After a short period its been added to me the responsibility of the national ATM's cash flow, and i managed to reduce the frozen cash without affecting the daily number of transactions, by making a precise balance between supply and demand.
I started this job after one month training course, the job was required to be versed in all the bank products, and to be aware about all the consequences of your answers and decisions, dealing with the different types of customers taught me how to deal with each mentality, which prompted the administration honoring me three times during short period.
I started in this job as a trainee for 6 months, then i became a member of the maintenance team as a fresher. as it was a small factory producing PVC and GRP pipes, there was only one maintenance department at the site, so this gave me a good chance the discover most of the problems in the different machines in a short period. after one year i became the assistant supervisor for the GRP section, then the supervisor after another year in the same section until i left the company.
i spent a enough time in this company to have a close idea about designing and production, which gave me an insistence to study design and manufacture. when the time has come to study, i graduated from one of the best universities in the United Kingdom in design and manufacture engineering.
I dealt with different materials, each group of material focuses on a particular aspect of the requirements that contributes to build a strong foundation in the engineering field, especially mechanical engineering. • Mechanics, Material Science, Thermo fluid, Math and Electrical engineering were subjects to improve solving problems numerically and identify the materials properties to be used correctly in construction and design. Design and Manufacturing was a very challenging subject, because it was completely new technique for me, where I have to use CAD software to design and build parts. To deal with contracts and payments in real engineering life I had to study law and Business Management. • On a personal level; I found that the group working had a positive impact on me in terms of developing my language and debate skills. during my bachelor degree i have been awarded from the Saudi cultural bureau in London for the excellence in educational attainment.
this academic year was the foundation for studying the bachelor degree in engineering, and i have been rewarded from the Saudi cultural bureau in London for the excellence in educational attainment in this year.
