- Efficient completion of day-to-day activities such as Goods Inward, Order preparation, Dispatch.
- Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity.
- Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory and deliveries for accuracy.
- Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels.
- Evaluate daily workload, Plan and allocate work force to complete daily objectives.
- Plan, Organize and review daily tasks of shift Team leaders.
- Ensure the customer requirements are satisfied.
- Maintaining records, reporting relevant information and preparing any necessary documentation.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy on stocks and ensure damages are kept to the minimum.
- Ensure resources like storage space, manpower and equipment are efficiently utilized.
- Ensure Machinery, equipment, consumables and other resources and properly planned, used and well maintained.
- Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Communicating and coordinating with other departments.
Receive, distribute and maintain adequate quantities of stocks at all times
Maintain optimal Stock Levels
Inform the purchase department well in advance about the items that reach the re- order level to order from supplies
Review physical inventories periodically;
Maintain Stock and consumption records
Check incoming materials for quality, and quantity against invoices, purchase orders and packing slips or other documents;
Make clear notes on the receipt of the items against each invoice;
Keeps and updates records of good received and issued;
Compiles report of expenditure, and monthly stock report
Disposes of expired and waste stock according to the current procedure
Perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned;
Promote inventory related awareness programs
Coordinate and oversee all warehouse logistics.
Mange stock control and reconcile with data storage system.
Track and account for all incoming and outgoing products that includes Inbound and outbound logistics for tradeable and non-tradeable items.
Confirm proper and timely delivery of products. Each outbound product needs to be cross-verified for quality checks before dispatch.
Maintain shipping documentation, manifests, and receipts; ensure data entry is accurate.
Manage all of the operations including ordering, receiving, and managing inventory.
1.Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stock
2.Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping.
3.Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.
Ensuring the execution of assigned tasks smoothly and accurately e.g., loading, unloading, receiving, segregation, picking, sorting, moves, dispatches, etc.
Reporting promptly on tasks completed individually and ensuring probable discrepancies are bought to the attention of the Warehouse Supervisor
operating Warehouse Storage Systems properly to ensure their preservation and safe operation.
