Provide a help to deliver related managing agent services to the ARB projects
• Assist the operations team in the daily operations of the CMMS

• Handling IT procurement process (Purchase request PR, Purchase order PO and Delivery) for whole Alfanar Group (KSA, Egypt, Pakistan, India, Turkey, Lisbon, Etc...).
• Strategic plan for the IT store.
• Contract management for all Hardware and Software.
• Monitoring performance and evaluate of main suppliers such as (Microsoft, SAP, Bentley, Autodesk, HP, Cisco, Etc...).
• Responsibility of continuous updating of approved supplier list and continuous searching for new suppliers to improve terms of supply such as delivery terms and payment facilities.
• Leading purchasing team to fulfill the department’s targets.

• Handling Industrial procurement MRO for alfanar factories (maintenance, repair and operation).
• Request for quotations based on customer request.
• Evaluate the offers and prepare comparison sheets.
• Negotiate with suppliers and place of purchase orders.

Technical Engineer
• Dealing with IEC standards, UL and BS standards in the following product range: • Medium Voltage Power Cable.
• Low voltage power & control cables.
• Fire resistant Cables.
• Traditional and special building wires
• Handling all RFQ's from sales department including preparation of all commercial and technical
submittals.
• Receiving orders and check all technical points agreed in the quotation and give confirmation for planning to release the order.
• Reply for clarifications, providing required technical data and calculations like cable sizing, short
circuit current calculation, voltage drop calculation, cable parameters.
• Creation of TDS and Put Orders on SAP.
• Technical training for new employees (Sales engineers, summer training .)
