Interview and Evaluate the new employees in the technical sides to cover the work require.
Setting, following up, and analyzing the yearly activities plan in the club.
Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, Project and Finance Dept.), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.
Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
Keeping a positive image and maintain cooperative teamwork within the facility, placing a high emphasis on customer service and satisfaction.
Oversee overall financial management, planning, systems and controls.
Invoicing to funding sources, including calculation of completed units of service.
Regular meetings with Executive Director of all departments around fiscal planning.
Supervise and coach staff and supervisors on a daily & weekly basis.
Oversee monthly and quarterly assessments and forecasts of organization's financial performance against budget, financial and operational goals.

Administering payroll and employee benefits and organizational insurance.
