PMP certified Project Manager with 15 years of experience in Project Management and Construction Management. I work at Serco limited as Project Manager. Serco is a Multinational Company with revenue of 3 Billion GBP in 2016. I have 13 years of work experience in UAE and 2 years of work experience in UK. I have travelled to UK, Japan, South Korea, Germany and Kuwait for business visits during project execution.
Manage multiple defence infrastructure projects at Serco valued from 0.5 Million AED to 3 Million AED at Al Minhad Air Base for Australian defence forces on behalf of Serco Limited Dubai.
Managed the Oil & Gas projects, skid based packages at Cumberland International LLC (a Hitachi Zosen Corporation Company). The projects are valued from 2 million USD to 8 million USD. Worked with EPC contractors, PMC/PMT and clients such as ADMA-OPCO, Qatar Petroleum, RasGas, Technip &NPCC, Hyundai and Daewoo.
Provide project management and program management business administration.
Develop a detailed project schedule and manage daily project scheduled activities by monitoring the progress and completion of tasks assigned to various project staff, both internal and external.
Define the project scope in project scope statement and objectives in project charter. Provide direct project management by communicating with various stakeholders and project teams; resolve project issues when identified; adjust project plans when necessary.
Set project priorities, coordinate between various internal and external stakeholders to oversee and maintain a portfolio of programs that include multiple projects.
Organize and attend stakeholder meetings, providing support to the team and coach employees.
Lead and Manage the qualified staff & labour from different nationalities for multiple projects at one time. Ensure resource availability and allocation for all the planned tasks.
Provide insight to the Line Manager regarding the status of each project during the Project Management Office (PMO) meetings. Provide recommendations to ensure projects stay on track according to established project schedules.
Manage the project cash flow/project costs. Manage the projects within budget and meet other project objectives by negotiation/influence. Manage the internal/external changes/variation claims/ using internal/external change control processes and process improvements. Outsource and Manage the suppliers/vendors/sub-contractors.
I have worked with suppliers/subcontractors and clients from UK, Germany, France, Australia, South Korea & Japan UAE, Qatar, Kuwait.

Job roles & responsibilities:
Project Management: Project Initiation/Planning/Execution/Monitor and Control/Closure
Responsible for managing major projects and lead the growing project team in the Middle East and UK.
Execute major projects within defined targets (e.g. cost, time, quality & etc.) and ensuring satisfaction of customers, top management and other stakeholders.
Oversee the performance of all Middle East and UK projects and manage and develop the local project team. Have overall responsibility for results from projects executed in the Middle East and UK.
Align project targets with business strategy.
Develop and consider strategic targets for projects in line with responsible business manager.
Represent projects in the relevant decision boards internally and externally to senior management.
Identify / create additional opportunities out of the ongoing projects.
Agree targets with project staff and delegate defined responsibilities and authority.
Hold and seek actively feedback (e.g. team members, managers, customers)
Take responsibility for own and support team-members' work life balance.
Supports team-members' personal development (PMP-processes)
Involve the project team in the identification of changes and claims.

Design knowledge in Hazardous areas/Zone Classifications.

HAZOP and SIL study experience.
Core experience in Project Management ISO 21500. Extensive User knowledge in MS Project 2014 and Oracle Primavera P6.

Production and quality management:
Coordinating with various departments for ensuring the accomplishment of daily & monthly production targets for planning to utilize the full plant capacity.
Ensuring cost reduction by line balancing, minimum WIP, using appropriate machineries and working on productivity improvement.
Following strategies, budgets, manufacturing schedules, along with resource allocation and machine loading for optimum output.
Assessing prevalent manufacturing systems/ processes and undertaking result-oriented measures for improving them and documenting the same.
Ensuring continuous interaction with the customer to make sure that area of concern can be worked upon for improved service levels.
