Directing manufacturing activities of a multi unit fully integrated enterprise, an investment of USD $700 Million, which is one of largest and most sophisticated poultry and meat processing complex in the World, situated on sprawling area of 2Millionm2, encompassing with a modern Further Processing Plant with a capacity of 100 Tons/Day and a POULTRY Slaughterhouse with 2 lines of each with a capacity of 10.500 BPH, in addition to Poultry Feed Mills with a capacity of 1, 000 TPD and a Rendering Plant.
Reporting to CEO and leading a team of 1.000 employees including the departments of Continuous Improvement (CI), Maintenance, Quality, Production Planning & MRP, Further Processing, Slaughterhouse Production, HSE Safety, R&D, Facilities
KEY ACHIEVEMENTS
• Reducing Operational Costs by 20 Million USD; OEE Efficiency Improvement from 25% to 80%, and Productivity Improvement from 10KG/MH to 25Kg/MH, Yield Improvement from 70% to 95%, OTIF - Adherence improvement, …
• Building TPS Lean Six Sigma Processing System and Continuous Improvement (CI) Department to lead Processing with Lean principles of JIT (TPM, 5S, SMED, VSM, SIPOC, SPC), KAIZEN (DOWNTIME, .), JIDOKA (PDCA, DMAIC, RCA, 8D, 5WHYs, ISHIKAWA), KANBAN, STANDARDIZATION (STM, PCT, SWC, SOS), STABILIZATION, Enterprise Operating System, to ensure achieving Best Quality, Lowest Cost, Highest Safety, Shortest Lead Time, High Moral and Customer Service Goals.
• Building Strategic Performans Management & KPIs System; designing Key Process Indicators matching with internationally accepted key bussines objectives (OEE Efficiency, Productivity, Yield, Adherence, OTIF, Quality Route Index, Sensorial & Organoleptic Conformity Index, Reliability MTBF & MTTR Index, HSE LTIFR & ISR, Budget Index, Turn Over Index, Absenteeism Index, Non Conformity Closure Index, Waste Reduction Index, Hygiene Index, …)
• Organizational Structure Re-Design and segregating Production Department into new departmens of Production Planning, Continuous Improvement, R&D and transfering Quality Control and HSE Safety departments under Operational Sector.
• Building Enterprise Operating System & Process Optimization; SOP, WI, Specifications, Reporting System, KPIs, Visual Control
• STM Skilled Training Matrix Design; by 50 main Quality & HSE &Corporate Trainings, OPL Cycle, OJT for Fresh Hiring

• People Management; Leading with Training, Mentoring, Coaching approach to build High Performance Team Spirit. Arranging Work Groups for DMAIC, PDCA, KAIZEN, STANDARDIZATION, CAPEX Projects. Following RCA analysis of daily Breakdown Meetings, KPIs Achievement & Tactical Planning Reviews, NCR Non Conformity and Deviation Analysis & Reviews, S&OP Reviews, Production Plan & MRP Reviews, HSE Incident Reviews, Quality & Sensorial Reviews.
• Strategic Recruitment Planning and International hiring from Philiphines, Nepal, SriLanka, India, Egypt, Russia, Turkey, ..
• Strategic Planning, Budget & Cost Management; Corporate Planning & Budgeting (P&B) of OPEX and CapEx projects with ROI analysis, Cost Management, EBITDA, P&L, Gross profit analysis for Profit Maximization.
• Strategic Risk Management; facilitating cross-functional strategic risk review meetings with business leaders for the development of strategic threats identification, classification and evaluation processes
• New Brand Development and Launching Cycle including Brand Platform & Brand Essence, Brand Architecture & Brand Visual Identity, Brand Name & Logo, SKU`s Development, Benchmarking, Package Design, Web Design, BTL Aplications
