Key Result Areas:
• Strong experience in reviewing of consultant and contractor designs including the tender documents, budget, design drawings, specifications & BOQ
• Playing a key role in planning, organizing, communicating, leading, procurement, execution, directing the completion and handover multi-MEP projects on time, within the budget & scope
• Participating in development of contracting strategies, contract framework and contract tender & award schedule

Responsible for installation of mechanical systems for various multi million projects. Projects involves during tenure with JAM-EMW are as detailed:
- 2B+G+10+HC Hotel Apartment Building at Port Saeed, Dubai
- 3B+G+10+HC Residential / Commercial Building at Muraqabat, Dubai
- 4B+G+40 Commercial & Residential Tower at Marina, Dubai
- B+G+17 Four Star Hotel at Tecom, Dubai
- Dragon Mart-2 at International City, Dubai
- G+8 Office Building at Dubai Silicion Oasis, Dubai
Worked as Mechanical Engineer for a high number of projects of various types, and as a consultant in central heating, air conditioning, ventilation, thermal insulation, plumbing, water supply, LPG system and fire fighting systems. Have a wide experience at design and site supervision through working for industrial, residential complexes, institutional and public buildings, health buildings, schools and hotels.
During the last 3 years with Orbit Consultant Engineering Office was responsible for preparing & reviewing all mechanical design calculations, drawings, specifications and tender documents with cost estimate for the design projects.
- Review & commented the “Shop & As Built Drawings” for all mechanical systems.
- Review & commented the Material Technical Submittal for the materials.
- Supervise the Testing & Commissioning for all mechanical systems.
