• Subject to appropriate coordination with other services, evidence to be provided (approval to be sought),
• Color coded lines to be drawn for CP, SP, WP and VP to be as per lengths. Color print to be submitted,
• No comments for riser shafts As/ or slab opening, subject to be as per approved dimension, layout and other detail.
• Connection details or termination details or CDP, SP and WP to be drawn appropriate space,
• Refer to the description in the title block, indicate CD piping route and final connection/termination,
• Show the section views to access different profiles as indicates (typ),
• Consider Provision for clean outs for each services area as well as on each main stack pipe,
• Slope drawings and details to be incorporated, subject to review and approval, Subject to approval schematic drawings,
• All closet to have appropriate "p" traps,
• Remaining minimum water seal to be maintained for all traps,
• Show the Coordinated Riser Shaft,
• Show the first floor Structural beams and Sizes,
• Refer to approved architectural tile layout,
• Coordinated drawing to be coordinated with approved HVAC layout,
• Submit/Provide Drainage Riser Shaft Section,
• Show the balcony drains, Subject to architect approval,
• Show the sectional elevation select on critical path,
• Show the invert levels in every pipe,
• Refer to the latest RCP for your coordination.
• Enlarge detail to show the dimension on the riser shaft on each services.
• Increase of opening mostly on the riser shaft shall be subject to final approval by
structural engineer.
• Preparing Design basis reports.
• Making electrical drawings as per the prescribed technical specifications,
• Designing layouts of lighting, power and communication conduits.
• Preparing Load Calculation Sheets.
• Cable Sizing and voltage drop calculations.
• Transformer, DG Set, Inverter and Battery Sizing calculations.
• Preparing internal and external single line diagrams.
• Making short circuit calculations.
• Preparation of internal and external bill of quantity and Cost Estimation. planning
and coordinating for executing on-site projects.
