JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (COMBINED):
Served as contractor safety specialist for health, safety, and environmental matters. Responsibilities included reviewing contractor safety submittals, conducting site visits, chairing meetings with stakeholders, addressing non-conformances, and leading efforts to ensure strict compliance with required HSE standards and procedures.
Used independent judgment and provided guidance to contractor management and site team on all aspects of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) issues, legal compliance as per QCS2014, QatarEnergy, Labor Law No14 and ensuring adherence to required standards and legal HSE requirements throughout the project execution.
