Working currently for Tadawi as marketing and merchandising manager that required: • Merchandising: developing the visual merchandising methods that based on since to raise the sales, developing the merchandising structure and leading the merchandising teams all over the kingdom.
• Marketing: the main requirements are to make the segmentation of the stores, analyzing the SKU's for adding or deletion, promotion, branding, helping to create the stores design and working with vendors and partners to rent every available space in the pharmacies.
- Implemented the new visual merchandising in 320 pharmacies in less than 3 months "RAPID Project".
- Build the new monthly promotion events (from choosing SKU's to implementation to the stores)
- Build the yearly events calendar.
- Helping to reinstructing the merchandising team and creating a new possessions and plans (over 100 employees)
- Build the new rate card for TADAWI.
2007-2010 Project Manager - URS Corporation
Worked at ZAIN project "throw NOKIA-SIEMENS as an out source employee" from the scratch of it and been part of one of the fastest and largest mobile network built in the world. My job requirements was managing the services department (permits and power) in all over the kingdom for the project, represent ZAIN and managed the holy area at Makkah project.
- Created and organized new divisions to meet the organization needs, and managed these teams in all over the country.
- Obtained the permits from any governmental department in a record time.
- Represented ZAIN Company with the minsters, other governmental high positions and the CEO's of vendors or contractors to set the agreements, solve the problems or to set the plans and the goals of ZAIN network.
- Managed "the holy area in Makkah" project to build its network that contain over 150 site "towers" in less than 9 months.

Stared as a salesman and graduated to marketing manager to develop that local company bossiness, in this job I opened many stores around the country and made new agencies in the remote areas.

Worked for myself as a wholesale business while studying marketing in the university to make high revenue and made strong relationship with the customers "stores" and the importers company's in all around the kingdom to reach over 120k SR sales per month.
