1. Installing Pakistan’s 2nd Galvanizing Line of 250, 000 TPY with capital of 4.5 Billion Rupees, including civil work.
2. Installing Pickling Plant of 300, 000 TPY with capital of 1.5 Billion Rupees, 100% hot commissioning work completed.
3. Installing Rolling Mill CCM of 500, 000 TPY with capital of 2.5 Billion Rupees, 100% cold commissioning work completed.
Responsibilities:
• Defining the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management.
• Creating a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences of activities needed to successfully complete the project.
• Promptly reporting weekly basis S-Curves and project progress plan to Project GM.
• Leading the design department that includes cross checking of civil consultant drawing with supplier foundation drawing, isometric drawing of piping, cross section views, 3D drawings of civil structure etc.
• Determining the resources (time, money, equipment, etc.) required to complete the project.
• Looking after different activities including civil work as per provided drawing, mechanical technical guide line assembly preparation, safety of work palce, material quality, material demand, Offloading shipments, erection of plant etc.
• Close monitoring of civil, mechanical erection & fabrication work as per design provided by manufacturer and consultant.
• Coordination with civil and mechanical contractors and consultants.
1. Installed 400KW Solar Panels within 2.5 months with cost of Rs 30
Million.
2. Installed 1560 KW MTU Gas Engine with WHR Boiler of 1.2 TPH within
65 days with cost of Rs 56.38 Million.
3. Installed Air compressor 500KW with allied accessories within 2.5 months
with cost of Rs 26.2 Million.
4. Installed Coal Fired Boiler 15 TPH within 50 days with the cost of Rs 49.6
Million.
5. Erection of PEB with total covered area 73, 038 Sft and 25, 000 Sft within
budget of Rs 52 Million.
Responsibilities:
• Directing, organizing and controlling project activities, under the direction of a Project Manager (PM) & Project Director
• Develop WBS and Schedule one projects deliverables for Capex & Revex Projects are identified.
• Develop and manage project milestones and deadlines, documentation, and accountability for budgeted project costs.
• Regularly update and communicate project schedules with internal team members, department leaders, and executive management
• Communicate status of all assigned projects in concise monthly format to Senior project manager and executive team.
• Controlling the ongoing projects by developing S-curve to keep the projects on track.
• Analysis reports on completion of projects regarding delays & deviations of cost vs budget.
• Developing specifications, plans, monitoring tools for the projects.
• Managing the team of welders, fabricators, fitters, turners, helpers and riggers along with contractor labors.
• Costing and Budgeting of projects and maintenance and make feasibility report before execution.
• Maintain reorder point of each machinery and its related accessories.
• Making scheduled checks on machinery, parts and equipment and performing Preventive and Predictive Maintenance.
• Planning and execution of Monthly and Annual Plant Maintenance.
• To perform technical analysis and enhance the production and quality by adopting modification work on different plant machinery.
• Managing unplanned work resulting from breakdown and emergencies, in a positive and efficient manner.
• Maintaining Plant maintenance history, reporting daily activity report to management.
• Performing technical parameters of Press, defiberator, forming line etc. and analysis the changes and its effects.
My responsibilities are as below:
• Target oriented planning of project, develop execution plan, and monitoring of n projects (PEBs/Containers/Sheds).
• Manage team of welder/fabricators, Technicians, Carpenters, painters, Electricians, fitters, riggers etc.
• Costing and Budgeting of projects and maintenance, make feasibility report.
• Product Development and Material Procurement with comparison of competitive prices from the local market.
• Outsource the labor on contractual basis for Long/short term projects.
• Shutdown maintenance, making machine history, analysis of failure and do modification when necessary.
• Designing and Fabrication of Oil Storage Tanks as per API Standard, Diesel/Water (Horizontal) Tanks, Steel Structures, PEB (Pre Engineered Building), Containers (Portable Cabins) etc.
• Preventive maintenance of rotary equipment, machines, cyclones, cooling towers, duct line etc. on yearly, monthly, weekly and daily basis. PM Scheduling and assigning task to Maintenance Staff.
• To supervise AutoCAD draftsman for the making of drawings and architectural views.
• To achieve target oriented objective, use different tools of planning including, MS Project, MS Visio, and Primavera etc.

• Preventive Maintenance of Edible Oil Refinery.
• Maintenance & Analysis of Oil Filling and Oil Refinery Machines and scheduling & forecasting of next Preventive Maintenance.
• Working on ERP (Plant and Machinery Module), data feeding, request inquiry, making job order and work order according to job, allocation of work force, 3rd party maintenance, store keeping of Engineering items etc.
• On hand experience of Erection of Oil Storage Tank and Boiler.
• Layout designing through AutoCAD.
