• Managing and Controlling package -05 structure work and architecture/finishing work.
• Responsible for all finishing activities such as Masonry work & plastering, screeding work, waterproofing
work, ceiling, painting, tiling, marble works, PU flooring and landscaping.
• Carry out the specified inspection/test in accordance with relevant inspection/test plans, including the
works of the subcontractors.
• Overall, supervision, and coordination of General Person/Engineer areas of responsibilities and the
allocation of work areas.
• Follow-up to ensure execution of work is carried out in accordance with approved method statements.
• Follow-up with General Person/Engineer efficient usage of materials to minimize wastage and supervise
materials storage area.
• Coordinates and monitor contractors for their daily construction activities and their obligations and liaison
with subcontractors.
• Coordinate and preparing weekly and daily target schedules for all types of activities.
• To check the quality of all the materials received on-site and prepare quality reports, defects, if any.
• Review requirements of the specification and relevant standards and ensure understanding and compliance
of work done with the specified requirements of the specification and drawings.
• Coordinate and organize meetings with project team, Client, and other stakeholders.
• Deliberating with team to decide sequence of activities to be carried out on site by the site team.
• Coordinating with other departments, QAQC & technical etc.) for inspections and conduct are being
followed.
• Highlighting critical areas of activities to the project manager to avoid delay.
• Developed and produce a simple detailed report to enable top management to know exactly the status of
work at site on Daily, Weekly, Monthly basis and as at when needed.
• Assigning subcontractors for their scope of work, managing progress and quality work.
• Initiate RSI timely for inspection and follow up with QC team.
• Monitors work in progress and prepares weekly report of the status of each assignment.
• Ensuring all procedures and calculations are submitted to the client for review and approval.
• Coordinates materials and assists in the logistics, its shipment and receipt at construction site.
• Coordinates with all projects related personnel (onshore and offshore) on day-today progress of
• work activities, procurement, and operations to ensure timely completion of the project.
• Preparation of time schedule, daily and monthly progress report.

This project was involved construction of Floresta Gardens within The Pearl Qatar It is first precast high-rise building in Qatar. The project consist with the task of Construction of mid-rise residential towers 104&105. The Residences will comprise fully-serviced five-star residences, ranging from deluxe to one, two and three-bedroom suites, and duplex penthouses. Residents will be offered an array of amenities, it will offer a variety of community living options, characterized by Haussmannian-style architecture.

This project was involved construction (Civil, Structure& Architecture) of underpass with south and north shelter. Underpass is connecting education city metro station with Qatar foundation. My responsibilities include while reporting to construction manager:

• Ensuring all procedures and calculations are submitted to the client for review and approval.

This project was involved construction (Civil, Structure& Architecture) of Hospital project in Al-Jouf University Sakaka.
My responsibilities include while reporting to construction manager:
• Study of drawings and monitoring the execution work as per approved drawings.
• Working closely on construction plans with clients, architects, and other professionals
• Inspect site conditions to ensure suitability for the designed permanent works.
• Inspecting unsafe structure and recommending options for repairs or demolition
• Prepare RFI and carry out the inspections.
• Maintain records of inspections, work executed, etc.
• Works with other departments to meet goals as needed
• Assist in preparation of “as-built” drawings.
• Assist with inspection of completed works; prepare necessary lists and handover to operating authority.
• Coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
• Considering the strength of various materials, e.g. timber, concrete, steel and brick, to see how their inclusion may necessitate a change of structural design.
