• Installing, Configuring and Trouble shooting Cisco Routers and Cisco Switches
• Trouble shooting Network related issues in Central region
• Escalating issues to concerned departments on ERP System to minimize the downtime.
• MRTG creation for all corporate clients and Local circuits to monitor real time bandwidth consumption
• Monitoring connectivity of Enterprise Services and all Clients in central region by using different NMS (Huawei NMS, Solar winds, Cisco Works) and MRTG
• Troubleshooting LAN/WAN Issues at 24/7 Helpdesk
• Online, Telephonic and on the spot support of Netowork 1st 2nd and 3rd level
• Work as support team lead for M/s Mobilink, Warid Telecom, Descon Engineering, Total Parco Pakistan Coca Cola Beverages Pakistan, Motorola Pakistan, FM89 Radio, Dubai Islamic Bank, Soneri Bank & Allied Bank in Pakistan
• Visit client premises to deploy and integrate RF, Fiber, WiMax and DSL links into client’s network
• Monitoring connectivity of all Clients in central region by using different NMS (Huawei NMS, Solar winds, Cisco Works) and MRTG
• VC Conducting (IP & ISDN Lines based)
• Installing & configuring new machine for joining domain and ISA Fire Wall Configuration which is Controlled Centrally in South Region.
• Responsible to look after the 70 ports Local Network, with Active directory and ISA environment.
