Project: The Crescent Bay Development Project consist of 47 High rise towers including 5 Star residential & commercial towers.
Client: EMAAR.
Responsibilities
• Leading the project team of Architects & Inspectors to develop architectural design & technical solutions of the project.
• Reviewing CAD drawings, renderings, layouts, study models, construction documents, and color boards prepared by Architectural Designers. Ensures compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements
• Reviewing the shop drawings & technical submittals to ensure the compliance with contract documents
• Establishing report and following up all on non-conformance activities of site
• Enforcing the relevant safety & Quality standards to maintain the high end finishes.
• Attending coordination meetings organized by client and consultants etc.
• Conducting daily briefing with site team leaders to follow-up and report on the work progress in order to anticipate any possible delays with regards to planned tasks.
• Taking immediate corrective action to avoid any cumulative effect of such deviation and recover the delay to finish the task in due time activities to assigned project
• Assisting in the planning and sequencing of the construction operations according to the Project Quality Plan;
• Managing the team for regular inspections and assessing the work performance done by all subcontractors;
• Evaluating and resolving the discrepancies and problems arising during construction which affect the quality of works performed;
• Attend to Meetings with Owners to solve technical issues and other related matters.
• Coordinate the handing over of completed works to client and completion of the necessary rectification works. • Performing a variety of assignments such as conducting architectural studies, developing design concepts and design criteria, and preparing related reports.
• Providing Technical Support to other site team members.

Responsibilities
• Assisting the Construction Manager & Senior Resident Architect in review, and selection of architectural materials complies with approved material submittals also issues all architectural correspondences.
• Writes construction specifications and prepares detailed requisitions for equipment and materials. • Coordinates work with engineering and construction units at project site. Reviews, approves, and issues detailed design and construction drawings and specifications prepared by others
• Conducting trainings, Managing Site visits, & preparing presentations for Saudi National young professionals.
• Reviewing method statements ITP & CWP according to the project specifications.
• Reviewing Subcontractor’s shop drawings to ensure compliance with specifications and contract agreements by checking them for technical accuracy according to accepted guidelines.
• Collaborating & supervising team members of Architects & Inspectors onsite.
• Managing the Construction Meetings & Providing the feedback to the management about delays & Progress.
• Preparing Construction progress reports on daily/weekly basis & providing the assistance to Client as per their requirement.

Client: Civil Aviation Authority Pakistan.
Responsibilities
• Worked as Associate Architect on the Up gradation of MULTAN INTERNATIONAL AIR PORT project
• Served as the onsite resource for all matters related to architecture, finishing and design quality by developing and reviewing blueprints, drawings and providing feedback and sketches to rectify design errors to be incorporated in drawings by Designers/Draughts men
• Reviewing architectural & engineering plans, specifications and contract documents to ensure compliance with government codes, laws and regulations.
