Responsibilities:
1. Product Listing Management:
• Create, update, and optimize product listings on Amazon, ensuring accurate and compelling product
descriptions, images, and relevant keywords.
• Conduct thorough product research to identify market trends, competitive pricing, and product
differentiators.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring timely restocking and preventing stock-outs.
1. Sales Performance Optimization:
• Implement strategies to increase sales, improve product rankings, and enhance visibility on Amazon.
• Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify opportunities for price adjustments, promotions, or
product bundling.
1. Advertising and Marketing:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective advertising campaigns on
Amazon, such as sponsored product ads or display ads.
• Analyze advertising performance metrics and adjust campaigns accordingly to maximize ROI.
• Utilize Amazon marketing tools and features to enhance product visibility and drive traffic to listings.
1. Performance Analytics and Reporting:
• Generate regular reports on sales performance, key metrics, and trends using Amazon Seller Central
and other analytics tools.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for process optimization, product performance improvement,
and cost reduction.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, Amazon policies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for wholesale general store items.
• Identify new customer segments and market opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Establish and nurture professional and amicable relationships with distributors, as well as wholesale
and retail customers, fostering long-term partnerships based on mutual trust and shared business goals.
• Monitor sales performance and analyze market trends to identify areas for growth.
• Train and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure product availability and negotiate favorable terms.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or issues.
• Develop pricing strategies to maximize profitability while remaining competitive.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for quarterly sale Analysis.
• Asset Management:
• Vehicles operation, including monitoring accidents and ensuring timely Istimara renewals
• MVPI (Motor Vehicle Periodic Inspection) compliance
• Planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services
• Warehouse Maintenance:
• Ensuring compliance with good warehouse practices in fresh and UHT (Ultra-High Temperature) warehouses
• Proper inventory control of coolers (Open Chillers/Single Doors/Florida/Double Doors) within branches
• Manpower Staff:
• Ensuring branches are fully staffed with competent employees through recruitment partnership
• Partnering with Sales Management to resolve people issues
• Time-Sheet Audit and HR Correspondence:
• Auditing time-sheets before final submission to Head Office - HR
• Proactively managing overtime costs within the approved budget
• Corresponding with the company's Head Office regarding administration and HR requirements
• Vacation Management:
• Managing vacation plans and backup plans for all sales routes
• Dispute Resolution and Sales Operation:
• Resolving disputes between different departments
• Managing all aspects of business operations and resolving any problems in sales operation
• Employee Accommodations:
• Maintaining and efficiently managing employee accommodations, addressing their needs
• Developing specific action plans for accommodation-related issues
• Logistics and Vehicle Requirements:
• Handling the logistics of the organization, ensuring operational requirements for sales routes are met
• Ensuring efficient and smooth sales job flows by meeting all vehicle operational requirements
• Employee Supervision and Legal Compliance:
• Overseeing employee supervision, ensuring professionalism and adherence to legal requirements
• Conducting annual performance reviews for staff.
• Maintaining a clean, professional, and safe working environment.
Responsible for inventorying, ordering, receiving and distributing all food and beverage items; maintaining the food and beverage storerooms, providing timely and accurate financial reports such as month end inventories and monitoring all shipping.
• Maintain a daily and monthly record of food and beverage purchases.
• Monitor procedures for issuing food and beverage items from storerooms to ensure Room Boys issued only on written requisitions by authorized personnel.
• Maintain a cumulative monthly record of issued food and beverage items to the various outlets and departments.
