Manage the Supply Chain Process for all division, including warehousing operations and inventory planning and Logistics optimization to ensure efficient, safe, and systematic operations, whilst meeting service standards and ensuring cost efficiencies.
• Manage Inventory and execute Shipments to ensure key service metrics are met. Manage other areas of the supply chain, including in-house demand & supply planning, transportation, customer integration.
• Scrutinizing of Goods Receiving Notes with Purchase Order & Physical Receiving & Delivery Notes with Packing List & Sales Orders & rectify Quality Department remarks if any.
• Follow up with Pending Shipments & Deliveries, Liaison with Vendors & Customers.
• Coordinate new policies and procedures regarding Storage and Management of Inventory & maintain a relationship with vendors.
• Oversee and coordinate the inventory planning related to reordering level based items for each division with the respective division planning function to ensure that all relevant inputs have been accounted for in an accurate and realistic manner and the inventory levels are maintained / re-ordered accordingly.
• Periodically analyze the overall Inventory and stock movements for each Division and along with the division management implements actions to ensure the inventory is optimized.
• Oversee the physical stock cycle counts/reconciliation activities between systems/ inventory and warehouses to identify and rectify inaccuracies as well as ensure effective inventory management and control.
• Maintain Safety Protocol.
• Monthly Inventory Presentation.
Inspection of received product in order to maintain the integrity of inventory control, and ensures delivery of product to the proper department.
• Scheduled all inbound deliveries; ensures purchase orders are updated.
• Records & checks quantity & quality of good received.
• Inventory Control & weekly Stocktaking.
• Shrinkage & Wastage issues Presentation.
• Communicate & coordinates with an appropriate buyer for product returns/repair.
• Coordination with the merchandising department.
