Parsons Brinckerhoff (PB) has been appointed as the Program Management Consultant (PMC) of Local Roads and Drainage Program in Doha, Qatar by Public Works Authority, also known as Ashghal to manage the largest Infrastructure Program in the world. The $33bn program is responsible for the ambitious delivery of 240 projects portfolio across Qatar. The program is one of many to support accomplishing Qatar National Vision (QNV) 2030 by enabling the country’s world class infrastructure

Key Achievements:
 Strategically led establishment of world-class PMO to manage owner, 6 consultants, 75 contractors, and ~450, 000 laborers
 Established Priority Mapping process using projects outputs/outcomes as criteria to determine projects execution importance and priority ranking
 Currently, oversee ~30 projects under construction, 40 in tendering, 110 in design, and 50 in initiating process
 On track to deliver on time and within budget, World Cup FIFA 2022 supporting infrastructure requirements.
 Achieved cost savings of +$200M by driving completion of 10 projects on-time and within budget
 Led to savings of +$165M by co-designing and leading implementation of Value Engineering approach
 Saved 16% of management effort by streamlining program processes/systems
 Manage ~ 135 Program Controls staff of 60 direct reports & 75 indirect, functional staff
 Pioneered the Establishment of First-of-Time Contracting Framework in Qatar
 Integral Contributor to “Transfer of Excellence” to Qatar
