• Formulated project feasibilities for 2x projects i.e. multi-minerals mining from river sand deposits & also for establishment of 30, 000 TPA chromite ore upgradation facility and secured funding of around Pkr 650 million. Orchestrated the project execution strategy & procurement plan, ensuring successful implementation.
