 Preparing / Reviewing shop drawings, material submittals for Electrical & Instrumentation dept. before submitting for approvals from client & execution at project sites.

 Preparation of documents like Method Statements, Technical Submittals and Complaince Statements for various Electrical and Instrumentation material for submission to the client as per required standards and specifications.

 Quantity Surveying/ Estimation as per the Bill of Quantity ( BOQ ) and preparation of documents for payment claims from client.

 Attending and coordinationg FATs ( Factory Acceptance Tests) with suppliers for various E&I equipment in presence of client / consultant on a regular basis.

 Responsible for Estimation/Design and Installation of LV/MV Switchgear & Control Gear Panels.

 Installation of Motor Control Centres- (Including VFD, Soft starter, Star/Delta and DOL Starter panels).

 Installation and Testing of Circuit breakers, Bus bars, Meters, CT’s, VT’s, Thermostat, Contactor, Timer, Relays, Protection Schemes.

 Installation and Testing of Field Instruments like ElectroMagnetic/Diffrential Flow Meters, UltraSonic Level Sensors, Pressure Sensors, Diffrential Pressre Transmitters, Float Switches, Temprature Sensors, Actuators, Motorised Valves / Solenoid Valves, Ph/ORP/Cholrine/Conductivity and other chemical analyzers.

 Testing and Programming of numerical relays ( SEL, Areva and Siemens).

 Instrument Loop checking with PLC or DCS, coordination checking between various MV/LV panel equipment with PLC/DCS systems and SCADA systems.


 Organizing smooth QC & safe installation of Electrical & Instrumentation equipment, controlling team of field supervisors & technicians during construction / installation phase
.

 Steered installation, testing and comissionning of Substation Equipment viz. Transformers, SF6 Circuit Breakers, Surge Arrestors, Cts, Pts, Relays Etc.

 Assisted in the major shutdown maintenance programs for electrical/electronic equipment in the plants.

 Key role in ensuring that Technical Queries/Site Queries are properly and timely resolved.

 Worked mainly on 132KV/33KV grid stations and 33Kv/11Kv receiving stations.

 Successfully handled and coordinated with the manpower / personnel for meeting the Substations work schedules, completed most of the scheduled tasks in time.

 Gained significant experience of Instrumentation, PLCs and Industrial Automation.
