• Responsible for radio (VHF-TRS), Tel. and networking configuration.

• Ensures that appropriate test gear, technical manuals, spares and tools are available on site. Completes log on completion of maintenance, detailing spares and materials.
• Operates and services sophisticated test equipments used in assigned work such as spectrum analyzer, oscilloscopes, millimeters, analogue and digital meters to diagnose faults and to test completed work.
• Maintains records of equipment repairs carried out and requests replenishment of spare parts and materials as necessary.
Maintains computing environment by identifying network requirements; installing upgrades, monitoring network performance.
• Prepares users by designing and conducting training programs; providing references and support.
• Upgrades network by conferring with vendors; developing, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements.
