Responsibility:-
• Develop business plan and sales strategy to ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
• Attend and present at external customer meetings and internal meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development.
• Negotiate with customers until finalizing deal and signing contract to achieve organization's sales targets.
• Agree with customers on method of payment according to organization's policy and international terms of payment such as LC, LG, T.T or CAD .
• Liaise and follow up with other organization's departments in order to achieve effectively the sales orders.
• Arrange with logistic department loading and shipping orders and prepare the required final shipping documents.
• Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and ensure satisfaction of consumers with all company products and services.
• Plan/carry out/support international marketing activities to agreed budgets and timescales, and integrate personal sales efforts with other organized marketing activities, e.g., product launches, promotions, advertising and exhibitions
• Monitor markets and competitor activities to provide relevant reports and information.
• Penetrate new markets to expand business all over the world.
• Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships
• Manage relevant reporting of financial information for the sales.
• Provides timely feedback to high management regarding performance
• Resolving customer's complaints.

Responsibility:-
• Responsible for all details of African & Arab countries.
• Dealing with L/C and CAD.
• Coordinating with shipping lines and forwarders.
• Responsible for issuing Quotation, PFI, Commercial invoice, packing and calculating the weight & CBM of the container.
• Follow up the production process to indicate the suitable date for shipping goods.
• Coordinate with the inspection companies.
• Arrange with the shipping agency for shipping date & inform the responsible persons at the factory.
• Follow up the loading processes and reviewing the inventory report to make sure that the quantities have loaded completely.
• Revised the final shipping documents & inform customer with the actual QTY loaded In case of any shortage during the loading process.
• Follow up with the shipping lines until getting the B/L.
• Follow up legalizing the final shipping document and send it to customers or Bank.
• Sending and receiving Faxes & E-mails.
• Sending samples & catalogues to customers
• Responsible for all the duties of the Export Mangers during their traveling overseas.
• Issuing weekly & monthly financial Export sales report.
• Follow up the deposit transfers of the customers.
• Assistant for the Export Mangers.
• Responsible for filling.
• Taking notes in meeting.
• Preparing the documents according to ISO 9001:2000.
• Dealing with courier Companies.
• Sending samples to customers.
• Make a Reservation for hotels & flights
