Generally I was responsible for contracts management, fixed assets, building, machinery and grounds maintenance through a team of technical professionals and experts, cleaning, waste disposal and recycling; catering and vending, health and safety, utilities and communications infrastructure and space management, following up on any deficiencies using performance management techniques to monitor and demonstrate achievement of agreed service levels and to lead on improvement.
