▪ Assess client needs and prepare conceptual design studies, including flow sheet development, equipment sizing, layout requirements, and capital and operating cost projections
▪ Submit drawings, documentation, procurement, production and quality
▪ Control, on time and with extreme accuracy.
▪ Review and analyze customer specifications.
▪ Process selection for water, desalination and wastewater treatment ▪ Assist in Coordinating input from other departments to develop bids responsive to customer requirements.
▪ RFQ preparation, specification and assists in technical evaluation of vendor quoted equipment / materials.
▪ Making conceptual designs and proposals.
▪ Developing cost estimates for new bids and contract revisions.
▪ Utilize engineering data, drawings, customer specifications and related information to prepare cost estimates, requests for quotations for purchase of components, evaluate supplier quotations and summarize total cost estimates.
▪ Write complete proposal documents and revise contract documents, as required.
▪ Compiling data for reporting contract scope, terms, cost and profitability, to management.
▪ Attend meetings to exchange information and analyze contract requirements.
▪ Management and organization of design.
▪ Check manufacturer drawings and data for compliance with in‐house and customer requirements and doing own drawings for any new recommendations.
▪ Perform calculations and basic analyses.
▪ Coordinate assigned planning work with related internal and external parties.

▪ Coordinate, review, and assess contract submittal.
▪ Review and process construction for project design submittals and ensure form as per existing standards.
▪ Prepare project records with details such as field progress, field conditions equipment uses, and corrective actions.
▪ Prepare monthly and weekly reports on progress of assigned project with assistance of schedules costs spread sheets and perform analysis on same.
▪ Ensure all contract works in compliance with contract documents.
▪ Provide assistance to project manager and supervise office Engineering
