- Forecasts, Organize, monitor and control project costs and define project needs for cost control in accordance with contractual requirements, objectives and Company procedures.
- Ensure that all project commitments are accurately reported against project budgets and WBS accounts ensure accurate input into the Skire Unifier System.
- Review invoices and maintained Invoices and change order log, And posting in SAP system
• Monitor open and overdue items and communicate and follow-up accordingly with the appropriate staff.

Responsible for the following:

• Manage all project accounting data bases and activities to ensure timely upkeep, security and control.
• Provide direct financial communication with all required parties including Owner, subcontractors, internal Financing department and project team.
• Coordinate and ensure parallel accuracy of financial information
• Analyzing financial information to prepare latest estimates & budget follow up
• Reviewing for monthly Bank statement cycle and controlling for the letter-of-guarantee action
• Reconcile GL accounts; explain significant variances from prior periods, forecast or latest estimate. Document in detail any un-reconciled amounts.
• Assist with financial monthly reports, the month-end financial statements and quarterly financial packages; including withholding taxes reports and annual sales tax reports; monitor social insurance status.
• Maintain daily control payments registers
• Handling of petty cash and vouchers for accounting
• Monitor equipment rentals
• Reviewing invoices for subcontractor and Client billings
• Work closely with Project Manager in preparing monthly progress invoices to Owner/Consultant for work performed during the month
