1. Maintain personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
2. Keep employee records up-to-date by processing employee status changes.
3. Maintain listing of approved foundation positions along with assigned salary grade levels.
4. Process personnel action forms and ensures proper approvals; disseminates approved forms.
5. Prepare paperwork required to place employees on payroll and establishes personnel file.
7. Assist in hiring process by coordinating job posting on the website, reviewing resumes, and performing telephone interviews and reference checks.
8. Maintain the employee handbook with updated resolutions and other pertinent
Information, as needed.
9. The second approval and processor for all the leave requests and business trips.
1- Responsible of issuing all the letters for the employees.
2- updating the master data.
3- Recording leave balance for employees.
4- Recording time table for attendance for payroll use.
5- Assists employs in all HR related matters.
