National Leadership Project
Coordinate successful delivery of national leadership project made possible by public/private partnership. Focus on upskilling local Omani talent to fill leadership positions across private sector throughout Sultanate. Project goal to boost Omani economy and develop national and local talent pools.
Collaborate with steering committee and key stakeholders to develop project plan, roadmap, deliverables, timelines, and quality control process. Assembled project team; created opportunities for teammates to make suggestions, recommend improvements and innovations, and share knowledge through ongoing project initiatives.
•Established clear direction, prioritized tasks, assigned deliverables, delegated responsibilities, and monitored workflow of Training and Development Department.
•Identified, developed, and presented optimization and quality control methodologies. Delivered recommendations to steering committee to resolve performance and quality issues.
