As we work in the aircraft with limited sources we have to make our passengers/customers satisfied and greatfull for our services and to do that we have to work as a team with one spirit and we should be excellent skills in customer services, customer focusing and convincing skills .
And as I have been senior enough in my company so I operated on some of the flights as a team leader as well .
