Job Responsibilities:
 Study the incoming projects through sales engineers or tenders
 Review BOQ and the drawings of the projects.
 Make the hydraulic Calculations to get the GPM & Head required of the pumps by ELITE Program when needed.
 Contact with suppliers to get the best prices of Fire Fighting pumps, Sprinklers, pipes, Gas systems (CO2 or FM200), fire extinguishers, valves …. Etc which suit the required specifications such as sizes, certifications or accessories needed.
 Evaluate Suppliers and select the best prices.
 make cost sheet including the prices, sales taxes, profits, installation … etc
 Prepare and maintain the budget estimates
 Prepare technical proposals for the projects include the manufacturer, origin of materials, the approved certificates or lists.
 Prepare technical reports for purchasing materials.
 Prepare the material submittals & Catalogues
 Review & comment all project design drawings, calculations, reports, documents and specifications
 Attending design team meetings.
 Make the sizing of the pump room required, the place of the fire fighting pumps, the supply line, the discharge header and the risers, also the distribution of the cross main & branches pipes, sprinklers, Fire hose cabinets, fire Extinguishers.
 Make the shop drawing of the pump room, the distribution of the sprinklers inside rooms or corridors, the positions of the gas cylinders, and the places of the risers, main loop m branches and drain pipes as well.

 Preview sites, taking dimensions and making the drawings of the shafts on the drawing programs (Auto-Cad).

 Prepare shipments by contacting the shipping forwarder here in Egypt or foreigners outside and referring to the weight of the shipment I can ask for LCL or FCL container and compare with the prices and delivery time.
 Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and after-sales support services
 Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements, speed response of maintenance and providing spare parts.
 Receiving phone calls from the customers, discussing the type of the lifts that suit their shafts.
 Persuading clients that our products or services satisfy their needs in terms of quality, price, delivery, installation & maintenance.
