•Directs recruitment, screening, interviewing, selection, and placement activities for exempt and nonexempt positions.
•Manages employment functions and staff members.
•Extends job offers and establishes starting salaries.
•Opening new channels with the recruitment agencies.

•Handles paperwork for new hires and sends rejection letters to candidates not selected.
•Preparing all related recruitment forms and reports.

•Updating Main organization structure for the company and developing sub structure for all divisions and departments.
•Preparing Job Descriptions for all Jobs in the company and reviewing them regularly.
•Updating transfers and new appointments on company’s organization structure.
•Preparing all related HR forms and Reports.
