Assisted in coordinating throughout different phases of establishing free zone projects:
-Review of investment laws for establishing new companies to efficiently implement regulation in establishing projects, administration and adoption of the financial, legal and administrative rules and regulations governing projects in the Free Zone
-Coordinate contacts with Investment Authority to secure required location for the said projects
-Assisting preparing the submission forms for the investment request to the Head of the Free Zone in a professionally to insure the acceptance; including the legal formulation of the activities requested to be enclosed in the Activity Decree
-Coordinate negotiations between different parties: Investors/ different authorities/partners..etc. and the submission of memorandum underlining the benefits & importance of the requested project
-Assist in formulating the preliminary agreements between partners and the Investment Authority, and preparing the feasibility studies
-Follow up the Authority of Investment the prerequisites for final agreements, legal documentations, legal procedures…etc.
-Follow up Authority of Investment the approval construct designs & execution plan according to the legal and governmental terms and process required
-Follow up Issuing the L/G required by the Authority of Investment
