• Negotiate prices with suppliers, in order to reach the best price, delivery time, quality and payment term; then prepare detailed quotations comparison reports.

• Contact all foreign suppliers in order to schedule, expedite deliveries and resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems.
• Lead finance and logistics staff in resolving reception and invoice discrepancies.
• Working on the Supply Chain Module in the ERP System and perform all related tasks, such as creating POs, printing reports, etc…
• Maintain and review computerized and manual records of items purchased, costs, deliveries, product performance and inventories.
• Update on regular basis each supplier’s data sheet and ensure that all new suppliers are added with all contact details in the system.
• Periodically evaluate suppliers on the basis of price, service support and reliability, in order to reach the best performance.
• Attend meetings and keep on track with the latest decisions taken by the Board Managers.
