Implementing the training and development strategy of the company through designing, facilitating and delivering training programs tailored to the needs of specific businesses areas and associated systems and processes, and in addition to implementing a strong performance management system.
Responsibilities:
- Implement the training plan for all the company employees in terms of scheduling, communication and evaluations.
- Assist in developing training materials and provide training sessions to all employees.
- Implement various training activities on the Learning Management system in parallel with system continuous enhancement.
- Monitor the training budget expenditure and preparing reports accordingly
- Communicate with training providers and administers all contracts and agreement.
- Implement the performance management system on SF to all company employees
- Administer assessment and development centers for various objectives, including promotions and transfers.
- Responsible for implementation and evaluation of Edita Academies.
- Responsible for implementation of new projects and activities for the CSR strategy.
- Participate in the CSR communication tools; intranet, website, newsletter, corporate magazine.
Partner with and through Key stakeholders i.e. MENA Managers, Staff, Vendors, HR Shared Services and Learning Manager to:
- Launch and manage the execution of Staff and Management Learning agenda for Egypt, Saudi and Jordan.
- Manage day-to-day training vendor relationships including scheduling, transmission/sharing of required data/information, resolving service issues and monitoring performance.
- Track actual MENA learning spending Vs Learning budget and provide periodical reporting to service delivery team leads.
- Process Vendors' invoices and ensure all payments are made as agreed on SLAs.
- Manage MENA learning scorecard, supporting Learning Team in identifying key KPIs and measure and provide periodical reporting to key stakeholders.
- Administer PepsiCo's New Employee Orientation program (Welcome To Our World).
- Design & activate MENA learning campaigns.
- Respond to routine learning inquiries from executives, managers and employees.
- Manage training invitations, rescheduling, attendance, track training evaluation and report progress.
- Ensure training material, supplies, training tools are available on training day. Maintain store and continually follow up on stock availability.
- Track training plan, follow up on progress and maintain employee records on database.
- Manage registrations, attendance on the Learning Management System (LMS).
