Senior Credit Analyst, Credit Risk Department

• Analyze customer data such as financial statements, Credit Bureau reports, Company information to determine level of risk involved for extending credit
• Perform credit reviews for the borrowing companies on annual/semi-annual basis
• Conduct financial review of customer lines of credit by assessing company financials and the market/industry situation
• Comply with the bank Credit policy and QCB regulations
• Evaluate new finance requests and conducting risk analysis as well as financial analysis for the applicant companies
• Evaluate the capital structure and funding needs of the company before extending credits
• Perform Qualitative as well as Quantitative analysis for companies
• Analyze and evaluate securities/investments which presented as collateral for bank loans
• Make decisions and recommendations about extending lines of credit based on the above
• Submit Credit assessment notes to the credit committee with recommendations for approval or declining credit requests

Senior Credit Analyst, Wholesale Banking Department

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing Corporate clients while providing high level of expertise
• Support end-to-end credit management process, submitted complete loan documentation and support credit originations for credit compliance
• Prepare credit proposals for new customers and conduct annual reviews of the existing expired credits
• Provide Analytical and administrative support to RMs/SRMs in order to effectively manage portfolios of accounts and to manage troubled/challenged credits
• Conduct detailed financial analysis to support the structuring, execution and implementation of Wholesale banking solutions
• Responsible for the appropriate follow up on client complaints to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved, maintained and that any issues are resolved
• Follow all relevant Corporate Banking Policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
• Assist in preparation of timely and accurate functional statements and reports to meet function requirements, policies and standards
• Perform other related duties or assignments as directed and to act a back-up in the absence of RMs/SRMs
• Assist customers with needs such as opening accounts, updating account details and signing up for new services

Ahlibank QSC, Doha, Qatar
* Assess Loan Requests, Prepare Credit Reports for clients and
prospective Clients in line with the internal bank policy and Qatar
Central Bank Regulations
* Prepare credit applications for submission to Credit and Executive
Committees within laid down timeframes and quality standards
* Monitor closely the internal progress of credit applications & taking
appropriate remedial action if there is any inquiry
* Manage and review the status of existing clients, and recommend
enhancing or reducing facilities based on the status of the client /
company, and the prevailing market situation
* Maintain contact/ follow-up with clients regularly
* Perform independent analysis (both Quantitative and qualitative
analysis) leading to either accepting or rejecting new finance
requests
* Analyze and evaluate securities used as collateral for bank loans
