• Report into Chief Operating Officer
• Actively business develop to build a client base and understand recruitment needs of each organization
• Source suitable candidates for vacant positions as instructed by each client
• Provide market intelligence to educate clients on salary packages (allowances, benefits, etc.)
• Engage the assistance of the resource team for urgent positions
• Manage the recruitment process of the resourcer by educating them on the client and exact require-ments per role
• Arrange interviews for shortlisted candidates with the client and manage the offer negotiation process between the client and the candidate

• Work as part of a team of 4; market map to source talent at the leadership level as well as entry level
• Conduct salary surveys to map out competitor compensation and benefits packages
• Interview potential candidates for leadership roles and gauge whether they have the required competen-cies to be successful in the roles
• Coordinate and participate in conducting hiring events to meet with potential candidates
• Develop and maintain an expertise in contemporary best practice talent identification, sourcing and en-gagement methodologies
• Provide internal stakeholders with original research and market intelligence to identify top industry talent and ensure the delivery of successful talent acquisition solutions to clients
• Lead and support candidate management and engagement; act as a point of call for all local and interna-tional candidates searching for employment opportunities within Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates.
• Interview and qualify candidates against core competencies, drivers and motivations, providing career ad-vice and mentoring services.
• Support the development of recruitment and HR methodologies and drive new internal and external talent development initiatives.
• Actively business develop potential clients to grow the bottom line of the business through cold and warm calling, face to face meetings and finally, contract signing.
• Research, develop, and lead internal process development initiatives to ensure efficient delivery of consulting solutions to clients.
• Develop and maintain strategic long term relationships with key clients and external stakeholders through direct communication, follow-up and closure.
• Lead training and development for new starters, and corporate social responsibility initiatives in direct partnership with semi-governmental organizations e.g. The Bahrain Labour Fund and Young Arab Leaders, a pan-GCC non-profit body.
