Recruitment:
Hiring Level: Junior - Senior Professional
1- Sourcing suitable candidates and screening resumes based on available vacancies and required qualifications from different resources.
2- Conducting scanning interviews with shortlisted candidates who meet the minimum requirements to work within the organization.
3- Making tests for applicants if necessary.
4- Guiding applicants for professional self-development and advising.
5- Conduct along with other HR Specialists the certified employee orientation for the purpose of ensuring that employees are knowledgeable of the company practices and administrative processes and policies.
6- Set the minimum criteria of initial selection and provide the company different section heads with the required qualified candidates.

Recruitment:
1- Build and own the sourcing pipeline and candidate pool.
2- Screen candidates for interest level, salary range, relocation needs, etc.
3- Source and develop passive candidates through networking, cold calling, complex internet searches, social media, research, etc.
4- Manage job postings.
5- Work closely with the recruiters to develop and execute sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow to meet overall recruiting goals.

Administration:
